A website can change in a hundred ways. You’re usually waiting for one.
Describe it in your own words. WebWatch checks whether the page can support your request, shows you what it will watch, and lets you confirm the filter.

Filters depend on the content available on each page. WebWatch will tell you if a request needs more detail or can’t be monitored reliably.
From checking a page to watching it
THE APP / YOUR WATCHLISTPaste its URL into WebWatch. Keep your product pages, news sources, and other watched pages in one list.
Watch page changes, ignore sections you don’t care about, or use the new smart filters to describe a specific change.
When a check finds a relevant update, WebWatch alerts you. Open the app to see what was added, removed, or matched your filter.
Checks run on your iPhone. Background timing is controlled by iOS; you can also check manually or through Shortcuts.
Your phone. Your watchlist.
Keep an eye on the pages you care about, with a few useful ways to stay in control.
Trigger website checks from Apple Shortcuts, or add them to your own automations.
Added and removed text makes updates easy to find. Ignore noisy sections in the page-change view.
Your watchlist and regular checks live on your iPhone. Smart-filter setup uses an AI service to create the filter; later checks evaluate it on your device.
How your data is handledA few things worth knowing
No. WebWatch checks periodically on your iPhone using Background App Refresh. iOS decides when background checks run, depending on settings, battery, and app usage. You can also check manually or trigger a check with Apple Shortcuts. It’s useful for keeping up with changes, rather than guaranteeing an instant alert.
WebWatch reads the HTML returned by a page. Content loaded only by JavaScript, pages behind a login, and sites that block automated requests may not work. Smart filters also need visible, readable page data to support your request. Try the pages you care about with the free version.
They let you describe a specific change, such as a price crossing a threshold, a matching new article, or a stock message changing. WebWatch checks the page, explains what it can monitor, and asks you to confirm. If it can’t reliably support your request, it will ask for a detail or suggest a narrower alternative. Smart filters are part of the upcoming release.
Start for free with up to 3 websites. Pro removes the website limit. You can choose a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices and payment terms are shown in the app before you buy.
Your watchlist and regular checks stay on your device. Creating or regenerating a smart filter sends your request, the page URL, and prepared page content through our service to an AI provider. Later checks use the saved filter on your iPhone. The app also uses analytics and diagnostics. Read the privacy policy for details.
